What You Can Configure

Customisation is organised into clear tabs: Account, Invoices, Reminders, Billing, and Branding. Set everything once and it applies across quotes, invoices, and expenses.

Business profile — name, ABN, email, phone, full address
Company logo — upload once, appears on quotes and invoices
Payment details — bank name, BSB, account number (shown on invoices)
Currency — AUD or NZD (and symbol, position, decimal places)
Tax / GST — enable, label (GST/VAT/custom), rate, inclusive or exclusive
Invoice defaults — prefix (e.g. INV), next number, payment terms (days)
Payment reminders — enable/disable, schedule (before/on/after due), timezone
Reminder emails — customise subject and body for each reminder type
Brand colour — pick a colour; it flows through quotes and invoices

Account

Business details, logo upload, address, and payment details (bank/BSB/account). Your email and plan info are here too.

Invoices

Invoice prefix (e.g. INV), next invoice number, and default payment terms in days. Applies to all new invoices.

Reminders

Turn reminders on or off, set schedule rules (e.g. 3 days before due, on due, 7 days after), timezone, and customise email templates.

Billing

Currency (AUD or NZD), symbol and position, decimal places. Tax: enable GST/VAT/custom, set rate and inclusive or exclusive mode. Monthly usage shown here.

Branding

Pick your brand colour. It’s used across quotes and invoices so your documents look consistent.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set my business currency to AUD or NZD?

Yes. In Billing settings you can choose Australian (AUD) or New Zealand (NZD) dollars. Your quotes, invoices, and expenses use this currency.

Can I customise payment reminder emails?

Yes. You can set when reminders go out (e.g. before due, on due, after due), choose a timezone, and edit the email subject and body for each reminder type.

Where do I add my logo and business details?

In Customisation under Account, use Business details to upload your logo and enter your business name, ABN, email, phone, address, and bank details. These appear on your quotes and invoices.
